At the moment the following projects are in hand ;
Iran Amir kabir (Ex.Iran Alborz SSDU) Semi Submersible Drilling Unit of NIOC This Unit operational for the deep waters is contracted with SADRA-GVA Consortium by NIOC in the EPC Contract format.
APS as the Main Consultant has a Contract of Supervisory Engineering Services to the design and construction as below : · Preparation of Tender Document · Tendering and selection of the Contractor · Basic Design · Detail Design · Construction The work is under progress in SADRA-NEKA Complex in Neka in Caspian Sea and the original Contract Price is 226 million USD. In the fulfillment of supervisory consulting obligation, IMPaC Offshore Engineering of Germany has assisted APS as a Sub Contractor to APS. The work is planned to be handed over in 2009.
Three Multi Purpose Supporting Vessels of KSSDUP of NIOC These vessels will give the necessary supporting services to KSSDU and drilling operations in deep water of Caspian Sea. The international Tendering for these vessels is already finished. APS as the Main Consultant has a Contract of Supervisory Engineering Services to the design and construction as below : · Preparation of Tender Document · Tendering and selection of the Contractor · Basic Design · Detail Design · Construction The estimated cost of the project is 70 million USD. In the fulfillment of supervisory consulting obligation, IMPaC Offshore Engineering of Germany has assisted APS as a Sub Contractor to APS. The work is planned to be handed over in 2009.
VLCC and LNG Construction and Repair Shipbuilding and Repair facility Iran Shipbuilding and Offshore Industries Complex Co. (ISOICO) in Bandar Abbas. This Complex will be able to construct and repair the VLCC ships up to 300,000 DWT and the biggest existing LNG of 150,000 m3 APS in association with Faroor Consulting Engineers (for civil work) is the Main Consultant for the design engineering and construction of the yard.
The Scope of Work of APS is consisting of ; · Basic design · Detail design · Supervision to the construction (high supervision and supervision at site)
The cost of the project is estimated to be 473 million USD for the first phase and 700 million USD at the completion. IMG of Germany has assisted APS in the conceptual design of the yard in the quality of sub contractor to APS.
